This hostel has so much character, its the only one that i actually miss now im back at home. Maybe its just the amazing city that buenos aires is, but this place has such a good atmosphere, its like an antequated hippy's den with lime green walls, a sizeable chill out area with pool table, a bar, internet, the rooms are fine, the little roof terrace on top is wicked and the free croissants in the morning very much appreciated. The only slight problem was the surly cow at the desk, but she might have gone by the time you get there and it was quite amusing to see just how rude she could get.

Submitted by owner - Lime House is located at the corner of Lima and Rivadavia Streets, a few blocks from Plaza de Mayo, with an easy access to the main tourist areas of the city. Its architecture is a typical XIX century house, with very large rooms, open areas, lots of natural light and a large terrace, from which the 9 de Julio Avenue and the Obelisk can be seen.
