This is the nicest backpackers i have come across in a year and a half of travelling around Australia.
The Dunsborough Beachouse was reccomended to me by some other backpackers that i met in Perth and im really glad i listened.
Best thing is that it's right on the beach, you get out of bed and you're 40 metres from the sea! Andy, the manager, provides freshly brewed coffee as a freebie for breakfast and the whole place has a really nice relaxed chilled out atmosphere.
If you're coming down this way - or even if you weren't planning on it - make the trip, it's a wicked place.
The Dunsborough Beachouse offers beachfront backpacker accommodation and is the perfect base for doing as little or as much as you want. Situated just 50m from the crystal clear waters of Geographe Bay at the Northern end of the famous Margaret River Wine & Surfing Region.
Dunsborough offers some fantastic activities, whale-watching in Geographe Bay, diving on the HMAS Swan wreck and Busselton Jetty, visit the world-class wineries and boutique breweries, spend the day surfing your way around our picturesque coastline or even better ... just kick back and relax with a cold drink and a book in our beachfront hammock.
Our unique friendly hostel has all the atmosphere and facilities to make your stay a truly memorable one. Beware of the 'Dunsborough triangle' - you may never want to leave!.
