Mom's Guest House - excellent service

My girlfriend and me have spent 4 days in Mom's Guesthouse. We have been extremely surprised by this clean and very good maintained guesthouse. The service has been excellent. The staff has been always kind and smiling. The room has been cleaned deeply every day and the fridge always refilled with 2 bottles of water for free. Before coming, we asked (via email) the staff to organize for us a 3 days tour in the Angkor complex. They have found for us an english guide, and organized a schedule for visiting as much as we could. The price of the tour has been communicated via email in advance, and we paid exactly the negotiated price. The price of the room was also clearly stated in the webpage and in the confirmation. No hidden costs have been added. Internet has been available without problems in two PCs placed in a common room. The location is also OK. The room was very quiet since the balconies are not on the street. The city center is reachable by 5 minutes walking, In general, I would say that the hostel is comparable to a 3 stars european hotel, while the service is better than some western 3 stars hotels.
