beware, beware, beware by Fokusnik
The hotel was clean enough, but many downsides, in my opinion. Awkward parking lot ($10 or $11 depending on whom you ask), very hard mattress, very poor Internet service (despite claiming high speed), decent enough cold breakfast, but the big kicker for me is the pricing policies. Their ad says that you have to cancel any reservation 48 hours before arrival, but that also includes MODIFICATIONS to your reservation. Failure to cancel 48 hours before arriving will result in having to pay for the ENTIRE RESERVATION. Example, if you originally reserve for four nights but then decide to only stay for three (that was my situation), then they still charge you for all four! Also, they want you to pay for your entire state immediately upon arriving... just to make sure that you can't get any money back! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
