Bobs Guesthouse - Review from J

The private rooms are a little more expensive than advertised but still quite good. The dorm rooms could be the best value in town. The cable TV in each room is a little spotty - meaning it probably will not work. I had some trouble with my train tickets and so I was advised to go to the advance rail booking office (no service at the hostel was offered contrary to what is advertised) This place is rather unknown to other travelers - this means it is quiet but feels a bit deserted. Given the location and the prices though this should not last very long assuming they can stay open. Staff seem friendly enough - I get the feeling that a Chinese family run the place. Bob is an unknown figure that may not exist - if zou meet him let me know.
