Hangzhou West Lake Youth House - Shameful

I never did get to stay here. My attempts to make a reservation here were met with indifference, I was provided misleading information, they were deceitful and uncaring. The owners/management of this operation should be ashamed! I have traveled and stayed in hotels in 7 different countries and never was treated in this manner by a staff.
