Rude and impolite by Order of the Silver Dragon
We tried to book this hostel for our friends (reeanacment groups form Europe) for festival we are trying to organise in Zagreb. Since they don't have any information about their accommodation, we called them for more information, about price and number of beds -so we would know should we book them or not, since we need 25 to 30 beds for our guests. We asked for those information, but the guy on the phone told us to email everything on his e-mail. Since we needed this information really urgent (just the number of beds in hostel), and didn't have access to the Internet we polite asked him to just tell us the number of bed they have. He started do be really rude and impolite, and he literally told us tu fuck off - that this is not anyones "dowry/whorehouse"!
Can you imagine that! Since they were so rude and impolite over the phone, we hang over and never called them again. What was such a problem?! We only asked them for number of bed in their hostel...
I love this hostel, Marco and Ilona are the best, if you need cheap, friendly and clean, this is for you. Just great
This place is cheap and therefore peace of crap. Owners are with bad attitude. You cant make anything! Better dont go there! But if you just need place to sleep - 14 kuna is OK.
The best hostel I ever stayed in. Owners so friendly, help you with anything you need. Common room is so nice, rooms and bathrooms so clean. we will for sure go back there coz you feel like home. Thank you guys for everything, you made us love Zagreb and Croatia.
