Al Salam Camp - Peace on The Nile

I stayed at Al Salam Camp last year during the Nile's inundation it becomes an accessible island, it's the coolest place in Luxor when hot and the swimming is unbelievable . Local Egyptian food, the lamb tagines are 'to die for better than any 5 star east bank hotel, any day. They even have fishing rods, great for kids, very much a haven of tranquility.
