Lucky Youth Hostel - Review from Jamie Payne

This is an appauling hotel. I made a reservation and had to cancel it withinthe agreed time. Thankfully I kept the email and had the sense to call and check that the reservation had been received. I was charged for one nights stay. Fo rthe last 4 month now I have been fighting to get back my money. The owner fails to answer the phone, cuts you off, does not answer emails, the fax does not work. the whole place is a scambles. I would not put anyone esle through this. Reading reviews from other folk I see that I ma not the only one to be seen off and therefore would stongly advise all to avoid this place like the plague. Paris is full of friendly hospitable hoteliers who are very accommodating and pleasant. Lucky Youth is the pits.
