I had just a perfect time in munich and I´ll be back for the Wiesn.
If you don´t have accommodation yet, check out Meininger. Pretty cheap, great breakfast and nice rooms and also the bar is great.
Looking forward to the Oktoberfest.
Choose from bright and large dorms up to twin rooms that are equipped with TV and telephone. The All-you-can-eat-breakfast Buffet is included, as well as bed linen and a FREE Walking Tour. There is no curfew, no age limit and no membership needed.
We offer also a guest kitchen where you can do your food and do the laundry. You can also meet some other travellers in the M-Bar.
And not to forget: across the street, there is Munich’s oldest and highest quality brewery, called Augustiner, with a fantastic beer hall offering you the best and cheapest Bavarian food in all of Munich. You will love it.
As we are located only 800 m away from the main station, you can reach all interesting sights in Munich very quickly which will save you time for all the great activities Munich has to offer.
If you happen to come for the Oktoberfest, the world’s biggest beer festival starting at the end of September, it will take you only five minutes from the hostel to get there, on the way back however you might need a little bit longer.
