Hostel Don Diego offers homely Bed and Breakfast just 3 blocks from the main square of Xela. It lies a stones throw away from all the necessary amenities as well as its own comprehensive tour agency, Adrenalina Tours. The hostel has a number of cosy rooms set around a tiled courtyard area with ample tables and chairs, ideal for studying or socialising. You will also find sofas and arm chairs for relaxing after a long day exploring the local area. Owner, Patrick Vercoutere, took over the place in 2009 and is always looking to improve the already popular hostel. Local staff run the hostel day to day and are all way around to attend to the guests. There is a host of information about the city and surrounding area including guide books, maps and of course plenty about tours and activities offered by the in-house agency and sister company of Adrenalina Tours, Caminando Guatemala
