Great place, incredibly central location and a wonderful window on Budapest's life.
Mellow Mood Hostel is the ultimate downtown hostel, in the heart of Budapest. Open all year.
Welcome to a real backpacker's hostel, with a range of beds, from private double rooms to 8-bedded rooms. Breakfast is not included in the price, but of course, because we are in the middle of town, there are cheap breakfast bars nearby and we have vending machines for drinks and snacks at any hour.
You really cannot BE more downtown than this! Our hostel is just 2 minutes walk from Deák Ferenc tér metro station where the city's undergrounds lines meet, so you have the BEST access to ANY part of Budapest.
The Hostel is located in the fifth district of Budapest, on the Eastern Pest side of the city, just a few minutes walk from Deák Ferenc tér metro station, and from the Danube. You can easily walk to nearby sights- Váci utca and the Danube promenade, parliament, Chain bridge and Buda castle are just a short walk away.
