Backpackers Rome Hostel - Rome - Reviews & Contact Details

I booked a private room at this hostel weeks in advance, confirmed it the day before we arrived in Rome, and somehow they actually managed to give it away before we got there. The English-speaking staff were very nice about it but the Italians were reluctant to give our money back and actually tried to put is in a dorm room. It was Easter weekend and very difficult to find another hotel with an open room. It seems this is a normal practice here and I don't recommend it for private rooms. Also, don't pay in advance.

We have no curfew and welcome both party goers and more mature guests alike.
