poor security of personal belongings. No individual lockers for valuables available making it entirely possible for an unscrupulous fellow hosteller to take your goods.
No free breakfast, water, coffee, etc. But there is free internet, albeit on a single computor for 20 travellers.
Door frames are coming apart on some of the rooms. When you go to close a door, you will have to steady the frame.
Management claims the showers are ones which one would die for. Furthest from the truth. The showers are smaller than the smallest closet.
I was planning to stay in Mexico City for 3 days but ended up to stay for more than one week since I surprisingly liked the city more than I expected. I especielly liked the neighborhood where the hostel is situated. It is a very green area with parks and many good places to take a coffe. I felt lost when I first arrived but the people working in the hostel took good care of me and gave me many good advices where to go and what to see. Thank you.
It is a beatiful house from the last century complety remodelled and located in one of the most attractives areas of the city.
