We offer rooms in Arequipa, for tourists or students schools of the city. It’s nearby to the center of the city(only 5 minutes). In addition we are in an excellent location very close to markets, supermarkets, restaurants, universities, drugstores, banks. We offer cosy rooms in a friendly atmosphere; individual and double with private bath, hot water. We count on 4 rooms with windows, ambient insurances, illuminated and clean. 3 simple rooms, 3 double rooms. Including in the monthly payment it is the electricity, water, the periodic cleaning of common areas, sheet change and towels. We gather of the student or guests from the airport or bus station, that’s free and also don´t forget our salsa lessons!!!
