Sleepy Sam's Bed & Breakfast - the bad counter

totally agree with holly. i had a similar experience with the counter girl. i had brought a malaysian friend who is looking for an accommodation here in sg. so we popped by the counter to ask what was the rates like at sleepy sam's. the girl who was almost glued to PC just told us to go on the net and check ourselves because the info are all online!! Wouldn't I know? And would I ask if I did not happen to be at the darn place? Why sit behind the counter if you're not serving? It's crappy! The management should really work on the staff's customer service. There are so many other nicer and better hostels around and transport and distance is not a problem in small singapore. wake up, sleep sam's!
