BEWARE! Staff rude, unprofessional badly trained and hostile when challenged with their mistakes. ACCOM in Kista is CHEAPER for an executive apartment! Staff confuse double and twin rooms, hostelworld.com bookings not honoured by the actual hostel. Only way is to ring them personally. Checkin at 3pm!!! Rooms are v.good, let down by staff. Pay for linen, no lockers. BEWARE!!
Nice staff. Room was clean. Showers and bothroom also. But there was no sink in the room. Elevators are available, thats quite useful. Many persons form all over the world are around. Good breakfast.
The accomodation and the facilities were absolutely fantastic. The frontdesk people were very helpful. If I come back to Stockholm ever, this will be the place where I will stay!
