Repaid deposit immediately by BUILDERFROMHELL
My wife and two kids had booked to stay in Sanawan Palace but missed flight connection and so could not make it. They no longer needed to stay overnight near airport. We let the hotel know there was no need to pick them up now. They e-mailed us back immediately and then refunded our $15 dollar (non-refundable?) deposit.
Very impressed by their honesty. WIll use on next trip.
Ideally located for arrival and departure NEXT TO SURVARNABHUMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
Great stay. Very friendly.

Easy and very economical pick up and delivery to and from airport. Lay about poolside and rest up.
