Belsize House - Review from Mars

the rooms are ok, and ive found the people who stay there to be cool as well. the problem is the food. the chef takes no pride in his work and the food is bland, boring, and at times actually quite awful. the pasta and rice dishes are always dry and the vegetables are over cooked without exception. the only redeeming feature is the soup. it pained me when i would go down for dinner to see the resident workers who had to serve it up smile apologetically. repeatedely i told managment about the poor fare but nothing was ever done.
