Belsize House - Review from Anna Miller

Cleaning regime is poor, so expect filthy showers and toilets. Despite smoking ban: residents smoke everywhere, even in showers. Severely plagued by bedbugs, it is a nightmare. Food differs from description, I was there for 8 weeks and there was never a cooked breakfast available - it is the poorest continental breakfast you can imagine. More often than not only boiled rice or pasta with beans. A number of residents consume skunk, there are drug dealers operating at the site. No lockers. Vending machines, telephones and washing machines are poorly maintained, no refund if broken. Avoid if you can.
