The Santa Barbara Hostel reopened its doors with a new manager who has helped opened three hostels in south beach and having worked with six altogether. It seemed a little skeptical at first because they were offering a special of only $9.99 4 bed dorms. But I was not let down. The rooms were not dirty as I thought they were going to be. They had a pool table with video games in one of the common area for in case of those rainy days. And at night they have parties in the courtyard with great music and people. Plus the beach is only 1 block away! I would definitely stay there again.
