A small hotel but with a great staff assisted us with every part of our stay in Hanoi. They tried their hardest to ensure we were well taken care of. (You would never get this high level of personal service if you were to stay at a larger "chain" hotel.) They booked all our trips including a romantic boat cruise in Halong Bay, a "trekking" adventure is Sapa and they perfect organised tours arranged.
Very highly recommended, will return for another great stay
I stayed at Camellia hotel 6 for one week last month ( 22.June). I read about the hotel on TripAdvisor and contacted them directly.
Located in the heart of the Old Quarter and a few blocks from Hoam Kiem Lake, this hotel is close to tourist shops, travel agencies, water puppet theatre.
It is very helpful staff, lovely quiet room, great breakfast - couldn't ask for more! I loved staying here. I really appreciated having internet cable plug access in the room.
The staff helped me find everything : show me the way to go, interesting places to visit, shopping places for souvenir...
They helped me Halong bay trip for two days, one night. Very happy with the quality of service.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Lake of Restored Sword, the Famous Opera House, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Temple of Literature ( Van Mieu ) - Vietnam First University "the old quarter". Art galleries, several Museums, and the Trade Center of the city.

A nice restaurant serves delicious European portion breakfast & Asian dishes.
