I feel cheated by sjr
Room ok.Clean.Breakfast basic.Free pick-up from Airport if booked more than 4 nights=OK.Back to Airport 15$, taxidriver told he was paid by Hotel about 8$.Nightshiftman tried to charge extra 10% "tax" that wasn't written in bill!2 days 1 night in Halong Bay trip he asked 79$, others from other Hotel in same trip had paid 65$...
The staff at Hanoi Astoria were excellent!Very friendly and helpful. The room is really great, very spacious and clean. The computer in the room is a great bonus. We had a great time in Hanoi Paradise and would certainly recommend the Hanoi Paradise Hotel to our friends. It is really great compared to the hotel we stayed in Hanoi in the previous night.
