My friend and I were visiting Hanoi for the very first time, i cannot say enough good things about the actual hotel. The beds were soft. Our room was comfortable and was lovely to come back to after a day of experiencing Hanoi. The most wonderful part of the Queen II Hotel is the staff. To call them helpful would be an understatement; they genuinely took an interest in our vacation and suggested many different things to check out, all of which were well worth it. The owners made sure that every detail was perfect, and all the people I met who were staying there had the same thing to say: that they loved this place and felt truly taken care of.

This was a great hotel and in the best spot for almost everything, a very short walk to everything we wanted to do & see. Shopping, eating, meeting friends, sight seeing. We were not doing any business this time but could see it would be ideal. No views of the lake but as we were out 99% of the time that was no problem.

The Hanoi Queen 2 is a perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the Night Market. The location is ideal as it is also very quiet as it is in a side street away from the noise. The staff were always very friendly. The room and bathroom are nice and the atmosphere of the hotel was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

I spent the weekend at the Queen 2 hotel. It was very Central, close to the lake. You get a lot of noise at night. The staff were helpful, and pleasant.

Great, friendly staff, good location and nice, spacious rooms. Good tours all reasonably priced. Even gave us use a room for a shower before our 7pm overnight train to Hue. Recommended

The staff is great here, they are so nice to the customers. And the rooms are ok here. The rooms are cleaned very well each day. The price quality is very well. So when ever you come to Hanoi Visit this Hotel.

We stayed here for three nights and found this place exceptional! The staff are very friendly and helpful and are always ready to give one directions and tips when exploring beautiful Hanoi. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have a wide array of channels for those lazy days (with a fridge full of soft drinks to boot!).
