This is by far the best hostel I have ever stayed in! The people behind the scenes are so good, help you with anything! The Old Fire Station is close to the beaches and the hot night life...and I was able to find work through their job board. I will be back! Cheers to the OFS! xSue.T.
I had a wciked time here over Christmas, met some cracking good folk and have fond and hazy memories! Quite good value with free internet adn washing machines. I would stay here again!
The Old Firestation Backpackers is housed within a 100 year-old heritage building
located just 100m from the train & bus station. The beach and shops are all 2 mins walk away. We cater mainly for WHV and international tourists, offering FREE internet, FREE washing machines FREE parking and more. With dorm rates from $15.50 per night, we are also among the cheapest in the area.
