La Choza Inn - La Fortuna - Reviews & Contact Details

La Choza Inn is a combination hotel/hostel with a charming communal kitchen located at the end of a dirt road in La Fortuna. My friend and I both were looking for a budget room, but a step above a hostel room. La Choza was the second place we'd stopped, and we fell in love. The private room with a bathroom (with air conditioning even!!!) cost a mere $35 (in the off season). The three beds were tidy and clean, as was the entire hotel. The hotel also offers free Internet service in the common area. Nice view of the Arenal Volcano as well. The La Choza Inn is also the home office of Eagle Tours, which makes booking and taking the tours easy. The staff are all very professional, very polite and speak very good English. Highly recommended for both backpackers and roomers.
