Bewleys Hotel Dublin Airport - Dublin - Reviews & Contact Details

Parked my car here on a recent trip back to the UK, mainly due to the fact that it is cheaper than the other park & fly facilities near-by. Unfortunately, I found out just why! I waited for 40 mins for the transfer bus to arrive at the hotel (despite their claim the buses are every 20 mins), before being told that the driver was on a break and I would have to wait for the next bus to arrive. When I questioned the driver as to exactly how much longer I would have to wait and explained I had already waited for 40mins he DID sound surprised and tried to get in contact with another driver on the radio, to no avail) - he left us sitting on the bus for a further 10 mins until another driver arrived! In total I was waiting 50mins for an airport transfer and as a result was extremely close to missing my flight. Maybe this was a once off, I'm not sure - but I will definitely NOT be using this service again, and would recommend that is anyone else is using it, they arrive at the car park facility at least 2.5 hours before their flight! Plus when I looked for a contact to complain, THERE WASN'T ONE!
