The dormitory sleeps six. It is located in the main Hostel building. It offers a private cooking area. Toilet and hot-water shower facilities are shared. The dorm is the perfect place for travelers just looking for a comfortable, safe, clean place to sleep.
The Cabanas are small huts. They have been the traditional sleeping area for the Mayan people for thousands of years. They are very private, clean, and comfortable. They are also fun and a very nice option for the budget traveler The small Cabana has a single queen-sized bed, a fan, and a small table. The large Cabana has two queen-sized beds, a loft area, a fan and table, and a large covered porch area with a hammock.
Guests in both the small and large Cabanas have access to shared toilet and shower facilities and the community kitchen.
The Rancho offers two standard rooms. The room on the lower level has a king-sized bed. The upper level room has two queen-sized bed. Each room has private toilet and shower facilities, and air conditioning. The upper room also has the benefit of a deck area to look out over the Tulum Pueblo, watch the sunrise over the Mar Carib, or enjoy the sounds of the jungle birds.
Casita literally means small house. These lovely units feel just like home. Each unit is a free-standing structure and has sleeping for four or more, with two queen beds and plenty of hammock space. Recently added to the Rancho family, each Casita also sports a private bath and air conditioning. Perfect for a family or a group of friends, the Casitas offer comfort, privacy, and affordability.
The main lodge is the community gathering place. We have a full indoor kitchen, an outdoor BBQ bar, indoor and covered outdoor lounge areas. Satelite TV/radio, DVD, game tables, a library (bring one - take one), and wireless high-speed Internet.
