Mas Mously Hotel - Nianing - Reviews & Contact Details

This is a very small hotel (6 rooms), with a warm ambiance and a friendly staff. It is run by a Spanish woman (Encarna). Rooms are big (maybe too much), and has a garden big enough to relax and disconnect from the outside. Not far from the beach, it's not the typical hotel with swimming-pool and lots of activities, instead you get personalized attention in anything you need, especially in moving around. The food is delicious, Encarna buys fish everyday in the famous market of Mbour (in the beach, the fish is just off the sea, a must see), but you can ask whatever you want and she or Modou (a great chef!) will cook it for you. The best: the food and the prices (the lowest in all Senegal). The worst: it doesn't have a swimming pool (though there is one in Auberge des Coquillages for 3$). Not suitable for those seeking a Caribbean resort kind of comfort, but very recommendable for anybody else. 4 out of 5.
