The worst, filthiest and least reliable place you can stay in Granada.
It’s a total scam. You go to their address and then they take you 3 blocks further up to a small room with shabby linen on the bed and a dirty kitchenette inside where the wardrobe is supposed to be. So there is no wardrobe…and this is the Private ensuite, with a dirty bathroom without towels. If you are taken to the back of that same building you find yourself with two mini rooms and a bathroom in the middle to share, with the shower under the stairs. We were charged 40€ per room. Breakfast was included, but after the nightmare we went through that night we didn’t bother to ask for it. They do not give you a proper receipt and do not have complaint sheets. A total fraud.
They take advantage of foreign tourists that can’t speak Spanish and are unaware of consumers’ law.
