I traveled alone. Came to Hanoi in September/09. They surprised me about the Vietnamese character . so good and friendly. They helped me so much during the time i stay in Hanoi. I like the day reception. his name Dzuc Anh or something like that, i'm not sure if am i right in pronounce or not. But i feel really comfortable and i understand why they get the success in their business. I highly introduce this hotel to all traveler . I will stay here on next my trips
The room is clean and comfortable - Price is reasonable- Especially the staff, they are really helpful, informative and friendly. The bellman Nam and helped me a lot during my stay.
Anyway : very good fresh breakfast.

the hotel is close to the main lake, very nice for walk around and shopping center. We have been there for couple of week and . and i must say to thank you very much for all your help - Blue Paradise Hotel, you are so kind and helpful. I will come back after a year for my working. "The Sunrise hotel Hanoi is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly and all of them spoke English. The room was very clean and had the best en suite bathroom I have ever come across. it is in the center of old quarter as well. I will come back

Sunrise Hotel Hanoi is a very good hotel in Hanoi. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We stay at Sunrise Hotel and feeling like at home.
Clean bedroom with queen size bed - all at an excellent price. Excellent breakfast choices . Very good staffs. Would definitely return and recommend
Tiny room but very clean. We paid 100$ for 4 nights and they given me free airport pick up and good welcome drink as well. The staffs were very friendly, good location. but terrible traffic. you can't across the road without local people. But i will stay this hotel again if i have chance come back to Hanoi

Very clean room and helpful staffs.Located in the old city of Hanoi, close to the lake - a good location for the price. The manager was helpful, knowlegeable and arranged excellent tours to Halong Bay and Sapa and advised us about tourist scams. The hotel sent a taxi to meet our flight. Good value for money.

A family-run hotel with incredibly nice people. The best treatment I've ever had from any hotel stuff. Very clean hotel. Very hospitable staff. Fair price. Couldn't do enough for us. Always concerned for our welfare. Excellent location in old area of city.
We stayed in a deluxe suite which was very satisfactory. Free use of computer and internet IN the room is also a big plus. Staff are lovely and breakfast is a la crate and pretty good.The staff so good very helpful and friendly.They helped me booked the train and airline ticket as well with milling all the time . i were really enjoying with Blue Paradise .Would recommend.
The hotel convenience and location of the hotel was perfect for getting out and about in the city center.Helpful staffs and they were very friendly for greeting and service
We stayed here for 4 nights to visit the museums and relax. The location was ideal with easy access with all the museums just near by . Our stay was very enjoyable and we will definately stay here again when we visit Hanoi. Excellent breakfast, nice staff!
The location is very excellent; near to museums; music hall and shopping; and the Watter Puppet theatre very near as well. I like to shopping on Sunday in Night Market also. so lovely and very exciting

Everything.. the staff is warm and friendly and truly was out home away from home in Hanoi. Very attentive, knowledgeable, efficient and just the most helpful staff we have ever dealt with
he hotel has good facilities including high speed internet in the room free of charge. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rate is great. The hotel also provide transport to-from Hanoi airport with a charge.i would like to recommend this hotel for all of you- who wanna to spend value money for holiday
