Hanoi Gecko Hotel - Hanoi - Reviews & Contact Details

We found Gecko Haotel on trip advisor and it is easy to see why it has so many great reviews! The rooms offer much needed comfort in the heart of Hanoi's hustle and bustle streets. The staff are all friendly and the lady who manages the Hotel speaks great English and is so helpful, obvioulsly trying her best to out do all the hotels featured in the lonely planet. The hotel will arrange everything that you would want from tours to train tickets, they even sent a man on a bike to follow our taxi to the station and put us on the right train in the right seats - for free! Tours are obviously going to be more expensive if booked through the Hotel so try and negotiate a good price and all should be good....we were very satisfied with what we got - unexpected upgrades on a halong bay junk and exceptional 5 star service. Why pay more for the posher hotels when you get better at the Gecko Hotel?
