The hotel is right in the old part of hanoi which was really central to every-thing. easy walking access. Staff really helpful and was able to organise any-thing we asked for. The room was great. Could.nt fault the hotel. I will reccomend it highly.

Good location close to Hoa Kiem lake and the old town shopping streets.availability of the staff; a lot of shop nearby.

I've been to Vietnam 3 times always staying in 2/3 star hotels -this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. 5 of us stayed in 3 rooms for 13 days - we'd pre paid otherwise we'd have been out of there -this place is the pits and they even re sold our rooms when we went to Halong Bay for the night. Blue Paradise 2 Hotel is a good Hanoi capital. I and my friend have stayed here for 3 nights and very happy. Boss and his staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Room are very very large and clean... High recommend!

Overall a great stay! We had booked Blue Paradise Hotel 2, but it was full when we arrived by the free pick-up (worked out very good). Instead we got to stay at Sunrise Hotel (same owner). The staff is friendly and easy to cope with. Free breakfast! We booked our trips to Sapa and Halong Bay through the hotel agency, and we were satisfied. The only bad thing was that we didnt get the first class compartment on the train (ours was not clean or nice!). Overall a great stay and we can recommend it
