What kind of a hotel is this?
We stayed here 2 nights on 1st June, very nice hotel , wonderful receptionist, friendly staffs. I will come back.
We liked this place a lot. We stayed 4 nights at the beginning of April. Our room was quiet, comfortable clean and well-equipped, and had good free wi-fi. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I think if we went back we would choose the Old Street hotel again. My wife had a massage and gave it good marks.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is the perfect location. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed and decorated. Really comfy big beds, great bath and toiletries, TV and lovely furniture. The public areas were lovely. The food was ok, not totally top notch but good value for a 5 star hotel. Can't recommend it enough.
By far, one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the greeting to the meals and impeccable service, it's a full service hotel with staff willing to meet any and all needs you have, I can't imagine staying anywhere else whenever I am in Old Street hotel!!!

The location is very good and very easy to go many places around the city. Most of the staff are friendly and all facilities are wonderful. The room is a bit old and it would be grateful if you add some Asian food for breakfast.
We had a wonderful stay at the Old Street Hotel. The employees were all very friendly and professional. We found that the staff went out of their way to help us in all our requests. We will definitely stay at the Old Street Hotel hotel again, and will recommend it to all our friends.
The receptionist we met while checking in was not friendly but the rest of the hotel staffs are nice. The rooms are new and clean, we have no complain for such a price.
Good service and friendly people! Willing to help and provide needed information to get around Hanoi. I was lucky to choose this hotel that is near the market. Surely I will be back.
