I and my friend booked a twin room from Hotel wedsite ,Mr Tony Hoang Confirmed our booking.We haven’t ever been to Vietnam before so we were worry .But Tony is great people he helped us a lot, He offer a car to meet us at the airpost to hotel for free from the firt day We had great time in Hanoi Old Quarter. The location was great as it was closed the main street of restaurants and bars. Room was clean and beautiful, wonderful View, friendly staffs, transportation to visited Halong was reasonable price. Room rate including free of charge Tea & coffee, internet 24 hours, breakfast . It’s lovely place in Hanoi. Strong Recommended .

We book a room for theer nights during our time in hanoi . When we arrival at hotel the reception smile and very welcoming us with tea for welcome drink . Check in very fast they just take our hotel voucher and we got room as we booked . The room with 2 single bed ,nice view to the Old street of Hanoi Old quarter . The Facilitier of the room was good.Satellite TV with CNN,Star Spost , ESPN ,MTV ,BBC ,... Good and very cool Aircon ,Refrigerator with cool beer and coke ,water ( you have to pay for that if you using them ) The bath room was big with bath tub and the towel very clean . After 3day stayed here we are very happy with the hotel and all of the staff they treated us like a home Away from home . We strongly recommended Hanoi Capital Hotel for any one looking for comfor & friendly Hotel in hanoi with suitable price ( We piad only 28 $ /nite/2pax )

This is a great hotel not only for the great price ,the inportant thing it the room and staff . The hotel room it is very comfortable with full facilitier like A/c ,Tivi,Bath room with bath tub ,also have tea,coffee bag in room for you . The staff it great and so help full. thank alot for your treated us like a home away from home .

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel with no complaints at all. The place is extremely calm and quite considering Hanoi is very famous with their chaotic and constant honking from vehicles. The room is very nice and clean (but the power plug is at the very awkward location though- but no big deal at all). The hotel staff are friendly and they even make a special breakfast for us on our last day since we have to depart early to airport at 6:30 AM Bach to KL .
