Splendid Star Hotel - Inviting Splendid Star hotel

It was my first trip to Asia and I couldn't have felt more comfortable at this hotel. I traveled to Hanoi for business and was very nervous as I spoke very little (none really) Vietnamese and was unsure of what my experience would be. The staff greeted me with a smile and a very energetic "Xin Chao!" (at 8am mind you) and I immediately felt at ease. Hotel is located in a very quiet. The rooms are very accomodating and clean and are equipped with wireless internet. And again, every member of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful during every encounter.
