Hanoi Phoenix Hotel - Hanoi - Reviews & Contact Details

Turned up in Hanoi without reservations and was welcomed to the Hanoi Phoenix Hotel by friendly and enthusiastic staff with excellent English. The rooms are compact and clean with all necessary amenities and breakfast is good. Although it is easy to book tours through the hotel, the staff were not pushy, letting you make the first enquiry and then helping out as much as possible to tailor to your needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends planning a trip to Hanoi and will stay here again upon my return to the city.
