Hanoi charming was fantastic during our 3 night stay, previously i had stayed with PAN hotel although they had a nice spacious room nothing could compare to Hanoi Charming service. Nothing was too much for them and they always went above and beyond to help us, yes the room was very small but very tidy. WIFI internet in the room was a bonus and great brekkie each morning which you choose of the menu, on our first morning we only choose 1 omelette and 1 pancake and they said that was not enough and encouraged us to order more. Highlight of the stay was when we got back form sapa at 4:30am and had to wait around till 8am to go to halong bay they let us wait/sleep in their library on the second floor which has tv, couches internet and bathroom and stored all our luggage whilst we were away on tours for 4 nights. One morning my boyfriend wanted to go to a barber and they organised the door man to take us there and organise the price for us. Dont be concerned sending credit card details via email, everything worked out fine for us, if concerned send part of your details in one email and the rest in another, also tip for exchanging money go the the gold shops they have much better ex/rates then the bank. The hotel showed us where they were on the map. Overall fantastic hotel, perfect location and great service would recommend to anyone.

The convenience of the hotel and location, located about 5 minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. Hanoi Holiday is really good recommend! We got a very good weekend package, booked directly from the hotel website with breakfast inclusive. The rooms are excellent. Internet WIFI free is good for me to connect with my friend and work. We had a wonderful time at the hotel.Excellent hotel

Brilliant staff and service. Exceptional value for money. Truly loved staying here. So helpful with airport pickup and organising of tours. Own personal computer in room with internet. Layout of the room worked very well, even for the two of us with huge backpacks. This was my favourite hotel of our trip. Trust me the staff are so friendly and genuine

Stayed in Hotel three different times during our trip; initially for two nights then twice for one night as a stop over between trips to Sapa and Halong Bay. Left luggage in their care all was great and welcome back each time. Hotel directly opposite Handspan Tour company where we book our other trips through. Hotel located within Old quarter plus a short walk to the lake and a number of restaurants.
