Tallinn City Overview

Medieval and wired, this is the best way to describe Estonia's ancient capital. Tallinn has been sacked, pillaged and bombed so many times over the centuries, it's a wonder anything from the past survives at all. But the Estonian capital has in fact retained more remnants of its past, and in a more complete state, than the majority of European cities. Tallinn's charming old town, with its kilometers of winding cobblestone streets and storybook medieval houses, is the most obvious example.

Daily Budget
It is possible to have a good time and get by quite comfortably on a daily budget of around US$40 in Tallinn. If you want to have a little more of a comfortable stay and experience all the city has to offer, a daily budget of around US$90 is recommended.
