Nagasaki City Overview

Japan’s most cosmopolitan city with outside cultures in it’s architecture, history and food. Houses are built on terraces on hills sloping around the deep Ushaped harbour and the people here are very proud of their homes. With a population of one and half million, Nagasaki was the second city hit by an atomic bomb during the Second World War, but today it is a beautiful modern city and a pleasure to visit.
