One of the world's biggest cities running third to Tokyo and New York City, Mexico City has everything, from mind-grinding poverty to over the top glamour and extravagance. Here palatial colonial mansions compete with ultra-modern towering skyscrapers, and green parks contrast with impoverished slums.
The life and spirit in Mexico City is unfailing though, just as the music and the noise never ceases, so does the excitement beat on.
