City Overview
Casablanca is the principal city of Morocco and is now the largest port of the Maghreb, even busier than Marseilles. It is located at the heart of Maroc Utile, the country's most fertile zone and the centre of its mineral deposits.
Today, Casablanca, is much like a large southern Eroupean city,which makes it fairly easy for tourists to get their bearings as they begin tounderstand something about Moroccan life.
