Wellington is the capital of New Zealand in every way, and is cosmopolitan and funky, giving travellers art of every culture and festivals happening every month, a nightlife of note, and a choice of food that is to die for, For backpacker's and other ‘light on the moola' travellers Wellington is easily explored on foot with forests and cliffs to roam around, and a spectacular harbour.
