City Overview
This gigantic area of 1,169 square miles of parklands is almost completely untouched wilderness and is mainly crossed either on horseback or by hiking. With cascading waterfalls and towering cliffs, wide-open low-lying plains and high sub-alpine country, it offers a range of landscapes to enjoy. Summer brings camping and hiking and winter snowfalls give great skiing opportunities.
Daily Budget
If you save up enough moola for spending about $50 a day you can get by with camping and self-catering. If, however, you are one of the richer and luckier crowd and have about $100 to spend daily, then you can really lord it over the lesser mortals by staying in motels and such like, eat at proper, honest to God restaurants, and check out a few of the paying sights.
