Tirumalai Nyak Palace - Review

Originally built in 1636, a lot of it has been destroyed, only the entrance gate, main hall and dance hall remain. Do go to the sound and light show in the early evening; it tells the story of Madurai's history using sound and coloured lights on the temple's carvings. Tickets cost about US$1 for this show.
