The Senate Building - Review

Asuncion is a quite ancient city, with some beautiful colonial buildings; the Senate building is a modern building, which stands up as some kind of flying saucer. This building was inaugurated in 2003, and the government of Taiwan donated 18 millions of dollars to its construction.
