The Blissful Guesthouse has the best Bar in Kampot. It's got a long U shaped bar that's usually filled with some of the most interesting people you'll meet travelling through Southeast Asia. Aside from the comfortable couched lounge, there's a garden dining area and large room upstairs where there's always something happening. The music western and current and rocks. A very cool staff that will keep the doors open till yu can't go no mo. And in the morning they'll get you back on your feet with great breakfasts. Truly Blissful!
