Best craic ever!! by Avril Power
D best Irish pub in Albufeira....even though Pete d bar man nearly poisoned me with his cocktails...love it!!! Staff very friendly, great food n Max is d best....had great craic with him!!
It is the best irish pub in Albuferia if thats what you want.I have no choice in dublin about been ripped off but by god I am not going to stick myself in an Irish bar been charged €4 for a pint when I can get the same for €1.50 in my local portugese bar.I think people should stay in Ireland if they want Bacon & Cabbage & €4 pints
I,ve been coming here with my family for the past few years. It's an excellent place for food and entertainment. when we are over in portugal Erins Isle becomes our home from home.
Looking forward to seeing all the staff in June
Thanks
Sarah

just returned from portugal we asked reception at our hotel for a good pub for a good nite out ,they told us the chor bar was a must, thankfully we found erins isle instead,we had 2 brilliant nites there service was excellent music was superb great crack from the singers,i would highly recommend allto try it out for a great nite out, great to hear the irish music oh by the way we are scottish so it is not just for the irish
The bacon, cabbage and spuds were lovely, so was the Irish stew! staff were ok, does zed work there still?!!
Was a brilliant pub when I first arrived, but the week before Easter the prices practically doubled. I was very disappointed. Also, the person who said good food all day has never visited in March. No bar snacks (for some strange reason they never have plain crisps), and the restaurant is only open in the evening. Advertises Magners cider on draught, but the week before Easter, it changed to some poor substitute.
Made our holiday not only this year but last year as well Staff are fab and so was Max and Dave
I was born in ireland, and it was my first time to visit portugal.when we found Erin's Isle we felt very welcome, and would recommend it to any body.you could,nt beat the bacon and cabbage and the irish stew, apple tart.It was a great craic.
went to erins isle in 2000.a brilliant bar.spent my whole week in it.and the lovely dario.does anyone remember him...sexiest barman by far!
Tried the Portuguese bars, nearly all background music, Erins really take the trouble to make sure you have a great holiday by becoming part of it. Staff really freindly, good for a laugh, music top, well worth a visit or two.
We visited Erins Isle irish bar as it was close to our hotel 'Silchoro'.
We found the food excellent and the Bailey cheesecake to die for.
Although I am not an 'irish' pub lover we enjoyed and and never had a bad meal in there.
We would definitely visit again if only for the food.
O.k like for family's i think it is a bit but if you want to spend money there and stay in there alday or night they do do some things aswel it is pretty big also
Very expensive prices as dear as Dublin. 4.50EUR FOR A PINT of magners is a rip off when it is a euro cheaper down the road in the other Irish pubs. Food is also lousy and much over priced.. if u want that home feeling of being ripped off come here. If not i advise go anywhere else.
Erins Isle Irish Bar (for me) is the best of all Irish Bars in Albufeira Algarve. It has been my local Irish Pub since it opened in 1992 as I return home to Portugal each summer. Erins Isle only serve real Irish brands:genuine Dublin Draught Guinness, Kilkenny and Bulmers Cider; unlike many other Irish Pubs and Bars in Algarve, they are a true Irish Bar in every respect. There is live Irish music every night and a real Irish restaurant serving Irish food all day long. Next time you are in Albufeira visit them at the Montechoro (top) end of the strip. You'll be really glad you did ;-)
