The best pub in the world went to it every night bar staff are class and we love the bell. Seamus and paul are class too.
hi there i used to work in irelands eye im off back to rocha nxt year to get a job i know paddy tha punk very well the bar staff i do not now but i love walter the owner of the bar im goin bk to live there for good i moved to portugal when i was 16 i had the time of my life then i moved to spain bit boring so now im bk off to portugal in march with my fiance who is portuguese aswell
We are only home from Praia da Rocha we were there for two weeks and we were in Irelands eye every night! great crack ! big hello to all the staff ( they made us feel so welcome) and hi to ryan ( the singer) he keeps everyone happy !!! miss ye all XXX
great food, very friendly staff had a good time with the 2 bar men they made us feel so welcome if passin please call in im sure you will enjoy it 2
Class put. atmosphere was brill very nite. the singer was main attraction - everyone was seamus and kathleen :-) i believe paul is moving home to ireland and i would love to book him for an upcomin event. has anyone an email address or number i could trck him down????
10 out of 10!!!!! the best pub ive eva been in everyone sooooooooo friendly, spent our 2 weeks holidays in it and paddy the punk was great. all the staff are brilliant and them along wit paddy make ya feel like family!
we also were in Pria da Rocha for a week(10th-16th may 08) and spent a couple of nights in Irelands Eye, Excellent crack at night with paddy, I noted he had problems with his arm ,probably due to playing all the time, I would like to e-mail him so if anyone knows how to contact this place please let me know.the pub does not seem to have its own website.
Also serves a good breakfast.
So if in town give it a try.
Staff were not nice at all!!!!!!!!! But Breckfast and Lunch were grand but dinner was awful, Chicken was not cooked right. Staff did not listen to what you ordered and 7 times outta 10 they got it wrong. Twins Irish bar had much better nightlife.
I was in praia de rocha two weeks ago and we spent every night in irelands eye. best craic ever, the barmen were so friendly and paddy the punk is an amazing singer and had the whole place laughing. definitely a must when your there
Irelands Eye in praia de rocha, was one of the most enjoyable public houses i have been in, the staff are very friendly, and their resident musican paddy the punk is fabulous.............
The singers PHILIP and ROSS are the best singers and thet also do prank fone calls to ur friends if u want and they wiil give u the low down on whay happen on telly to.Bast bar in Praia Da Rocha
