One Rochester - Review from Casey

It brands itself as the best place for drinks in Singapore and I think it is only partially right. When I was there with my girlfriend in Summer, it provided us with the best food and ambience as well. Many people talk about the garden, but I would prefer to look for the balcony, which over see their famed garden.
